Need a hand?

1. Pick the visitor: Santa Claus, the Three Wise Men, an elf, a reindeer, the Tooth Mouse, the Tooth Fairy, a gnome, a unicorn or a dinosaur.
2. Take or choose a photo of a room in your home (or of your pet, with “With my pet”), with no people in it.
3. If you like, customize the camera label, date, time and camera style.
4. In about 20 seconds you’ll have the “footage” to save or share.

• Hold the phone up high, from a corner, like a security camera.
• Make sure no people are in the photo.
• Daylight is fine: the app turns it into night.
• With a pet, it works best if they’re calm: asleep on the couch, in their bed or by the tree.

Because NocheCam is made for rooms and pets, so we never process faces or biometric data. Before sending the photo we ask you to confirm that nobody is in it. If a person appears in a result, please report it.

Each phone gets 3 free photos to try the app. They carry the “Made with AI · NocheCam” watermark and have lower resolution. Pack and weekly plan photos come in high quality with no watermark.

If you see “We can’t give away more free photos from this connection right now”, it means many phones have already started using the app from that network today (for example, shared Wi-Fi): try later, on another network, or with a pack.

If a photo fails, it is automatically returned to your balance (with a limit for failures the AI provider charges us for, explained in the Terms); tap “Try again”. If you see “You’ve asked for a lot of photos in a row”, wait a while: there is an hourly limit to prevent abuse. If it keeps failing, try another photo (more light, no people) and check your connection.

On iPhone, NocheCam needs permission to add photos: turn it on in Settings → NocheCam → Photos. If that doesn’t work, use “Share” and choose “Save Image”. Remember that images are only kept on our server for 7 days.

It can only be cancelled from your store account (deleting the app or your data doesn’t cancel it). Do it at least 24 hours before the week ends so it doesn’t renew:

• iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → NocheCam → Cancel Subscription.
• Android: Google Play → your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → NocheCam → Cancel.

You keep the plan until the end of the week you already paid for.

Charges are made by Apple or Google, and they decide on refunds under their policies:

• Apple: go to reportaproblem.apple.com, find the purchase and choose “Request a refund”.
• Google Play: open your Google Play order history, find the purchase and choose “Request a refund” (or “Report a problem”).

Open Settings → Restore purchases with the same Apple or Google account you bought with: you’ll get back your weekly plan and any unused pack photos. If you used “Delete my data” before, unused pack photos were lost, and the weekly plan works again from its next renewal. Free photos are per device and aren’t restored.

In Settings → Language, choose Español or English.

On the result screen, tap “Report this image” and choose the reason. We review it within 48 hours.
